Guest Editorial Guidelines for Daily Remedy

Thank you for your interest in submitting an article to Daily Remedy. We look forward to reviewing your submission.

Features run between 2,000 and 2,500 words. News articles run between 400 and 1,000 words. Daily Remedy is open to providing compensation for select content when appropriate.

Include the submission in the body of an email rather than as an attachment and begin with a cover note summarizing your article along with the author’s contact information. Please review the following to learn about articles that are selected for publication.

Readership demographics: Physicians and health care professionals around the world.

Frequency of publication: Rolling online stories updated daily.

We look for:

  • Claims backed by links to research or case studies.
  • Relevant, well-researched posts with actionable tips.

We cover topics related to health policy and the individual patient experience. We are always looking for novel insights and unique perspectives that may not appear elsewhere. For an idea of what we are looking for, we recommend reading our articles regularly.

We avoid:

  • Direct marketing materials
  • Infographics made by other businesses
  • Syndicated content

We will contact authors on articles that are of interest. Otherwise, because of the large volume of submissions, for articles that we cannot use, we will respond within 10 business days.

All submissions should be directed to the Editorial Features Editor at [email protected]. If you are responding to an article that has previously appeared in Daily Remedy, please indicate as much. We give additional consideration to these types of responses.

Lead time for pitching:  For news, the lead time could be a day to a week. For features, the lead time could be weeks or longer, depending on the pitch.

Thank you for your cooperation and for your interest. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.

Cheers,

Editorial Features Editor
